Playing Catch-Up

So I know I haven't been the most faithful blogger lately... Shall I fill you in?
I'll start with summertime. I returned home to the beautiful valley of Chelan WA, where I spent the warm days swimming, riding horses, camping, hiking, and working at "J.R.'s Bar & Grill" as a server. I actually made time to read a fair share of good books (including "Persuasion", "Kite Runner", and "Atlas Shrugged" among others). This was the first summer in 3 years that I wasn't taking any classes (online or otherwise). Anyway, it was wonderful to be home and living the country life. Here are a few pictures from the summer months...

Here are Hank and Tamari in early May

A group from my niece's wedding in June

Hank and Zor having a face-off

I was handling a horse without sturdy shoes and I got a good stomp in July. It looked worse before, but I still get tingling in that foot.

Olivia becoming a nice snack

This is just before we began our 30 mile hike

This is Naomi and I by the schoolhouse that they actually use!

Our destination was a town with a population of about 100

Our new puppy Pepper being himself with poor Olivia (jk, she usually deserves it)

And this is Jill and I roasting marshmallows over the stove:)
